Trustee's Sale List
Start by buying our Trustee's Sale List. This is a list of all the properties scheduled for foreclosure. Our list is separated by county and is packed with 20 fields of useful information. In addition, you will find other helpful information like Trustees' and Banks' names and phone numbers. Other useful information like property maps, comparable sale and County Appraisd District information are available at the click of your mouse. It's easy to use and designed so that even the novice investor can easily understand and use it. The list can be sorted by city, zip code, Mapco section or many other fields to make it easy for you to identify the properties you are interested in.
Mailing labels
We recommend that you mail out postcards or letters to the owners to let them know that you are interested in purchasing their property. Several mailings are much better that just one. Our mailing labels can be purchased by county and are organized by zip code. They will save you valuable time that can be used for hunting properties.
Phone calls
Next you will want to give the owner's a call to follow up on your mailings. Owners in foreclosure can be very difficult to reach. We have found the only about 1 in 10 can be reached by looking in your local phone book or internet directory. That is why we developed our "Find Owner Numbers" product. With a name and address we can find possible owner numbers, relatives and neighbors numbers that will save you hours of frustrating research and dead end calls.
Tax Sale List
Our tax sale list can be purchased for the 4 county Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for one low price. This list will help you readily identify properties that have problems with the taxing authorities over back taxes. These properties can be purchased with the same methods as the foreclosure properties. We have mailing labels for our tax list as well and our "Find Owner Numbers" product is always available.
